THE EASTERN SHORE

Robert Crutchley, President and Owner Robert (Bobby) Crutchley is President and Owner with over 30 years experience in the building trade. Prior to the formation of Crutchley Enterprises in 1988 Bobby worked along side his parents with their construction company. Bobby currently resides in Melfa, Va. with his wife Gayle and two children Kyle and Jake.

David (Dave) Engelhart has been an Assistant Manager of Crutchley Enterprises since joining our company in 2003. Dave has a wealth of experience in helping our customers choose from the various items that are available in today's marketplace. Dave is also involved with our field workers on a daily bases to help with planning and materials delivery to assure delays are left to a minimum. Dave currently resides in Onley, VA.

William (Bill) Crutchley has been a Job Supervisor of Crutchley Enterprises since our inception in 1988. Bill has a wealth of experience in all fields of the building trade. With over 40 years of experience he is a valuable asset to our organization. Bill enjoys working outside mostly with all our concrete and masonry needs. He is also known as one of the best roof framers on the Shore. Bill currently resides in Melfa, Va. with his wife Kathy.

Barry Crutchley has been a Job Supervisor of Crutchley Enterprises since our inception in 1988. Barry has a wealth of experience in all fields of the building trade. With over 25 years of experience he is a valuable asset to our organization. Barry enjoys working outside mostly with framing layout, siding and roofing. Barry currently resides in Melfa, Va. with his wife Valerie.

James (Chris) Harmon has been a Job Supervisor of Crutchley Enterprises since our inception in 1988. Chris has a wealth of experience in all fields of the building trade. With over 18 years of experience he is a valuable asset to our organization. Chris enjoys working with framing and interior finishing. Chris is well known as one of the best trim carpenters on the Shore. Chris currently resides in Garagtha, Va. with his wife Laurie.

David (OB) O'Brien has been a Job Supervisor of Crutchley Enterprises since 1998. OB has a wealth of experience in all fields of the building trade. With over 45 years of experience he is a valuable asset to our organization. OB enjoys working exterior and interior projects. OB is known for building fireplaces and stairways the old fashioned way. Built for a lifetime and beyond. OB currently resides in Onley, Va. with his wife Susan.

Adam Payne has been a loyal employee of Crutchley Enterprises since 1996, Adam has a wealth of experience in all fields of the building trade. He has worked alongside each of our supervisors. Adam enjoys working with whoever needs his help. He has become a valuable asset to our organization. Adam currently resides in Craddockville, Va.

Clearance (Elvis) Giddens has been a loyal employee of Crutchley Enterprises since 1997. Elvis has a wealth of experience in the painting sector of the building trade. He enjoys doing the final finishing touches on our homes. He has over 20 years experience and is well known as one of the finest painters on the Shore. He has become a valuable asset to our organization. Elvis currently resides in Melfa, Va.
